The H Duct Lap League: Monaco

The Monaco GP weekend saw a number of drivers and teams switch positions in both leagues while Nico Rosberg increased his lead over his nearest rival – Sergio Perez – as Mercedes took six points out of the Sauber lead in the team league to take the gap to 25 points – the equivalent of a victory. There were no new entrants into the Lap League this weekend as HRT and Marussia are yet to score.

The Big Movers

Bruno Senna is the biggest mover of the week as he rises six places in the league to 13th place. He picked up a huge 18 points – his biggest haul so far and just behind Fernando Alonso who picked up the maximum 25 points from Monaco. Felipe Massa and Jean-Eric Vergne also had good weekends as they both moved up three places.

Heikki Kovalainen dropped four places after Monaco – the most of anyone in the league – as he failed to pick up any points. Michael Schumacher, Kamui Kobayashi and Jenson Button fell two positions in the league as they failed to score. Kobayashi scored maximum points in Spain so it is a dip in his form as he failed to complete more than five laps of the race.
